1. Who we are

Enzica is operated by Enzonic LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. Contact: admin@enzonic.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data from Clerk (email, name, ID).
• Conversation content, uploaded files, generated assets, and memory items.
• Usage telemetry (counts, timestamps, error reports).
• Device and locale to deliver appropriate UI.

3. How we use it

To operate the Service, personalize Enzica's memory of you, enforce quotas, and improve quality. We do not sell personal information.

4. Third-party processors

Clerk (auth), Supabase (storage/database), Google Gemini API (inference), and image search providers (Google CSE, Wikimedia Commons) — each governed by their own terms.

5. Your rights

You may export, edit, or delete your memory and conversation data from the Memory page. Residents of California, the EU/UK, and other jurisdictions have additional rights (access, deletion, portability, opt-out). Email us to exercise them.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. See the Children's Privacy page.

7. Security

We use industry-standard controls (TLS, row-level security keyed to your Clerk identity, scoped service keys). No system is perfectly secure.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
