1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enzica service (the "Service") operated by Enzonic LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("Enzonic", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users between 13 and 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account

Authentication is provided by Clerk. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Don't use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses generative AI. Outputs may be incorrect or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use generated content. Per applicable law, Enzonic disclaims warranties on outputs to the maximum extent permitted.

6. Payments and quotas

Free-tier users may generate up to 5 images and 5 songs per day. Paid plans adjust these limits. Subscriptions renew automatically; see our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may close your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in Kentucky.
